SPA TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Coastal Bliss Wellness. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These are designed to ensure a safe, professional, and relaxing experience for all clients.

1. Services Disclaimer

All treatments and services provided at Coastal Bliss Wellness are intended for relaxation, stress relief, and general wellness purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical care or diagnosis. Clients are advised to consult a qualified healthcare provider for any medical concerns. We do not guarantee specific results from any treatment.

2. Health & Safety

Your safety is our priority.

• Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries, skin sensitivities, or pregnancy prior to treatment.
• Failure to disclose such information may result in adverse reactions, for which Coastal Bliss Wellness cannot be held responsible.
• We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a treatment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate. Certain services may require a patch test prior to treatment.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

• A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Late cancellations may incur a fee of 100% of services booked.
• No-shows may be charged 100% of services booked.
• Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling depending on availability.

4. Payments & Pricing

• Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept all major cards, cash, and sometimes checks.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and must be used before expiration if applicable.

5. Refund Policy

• All services are non-refundable once completed.
• If you are unsatisfied, please notify us within 24 hours so we can make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
• Retail products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.

6. Client Conduct

• We maintain a professional and respectful environment. Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other guests.
• Any harassment, inappropriate behavior, or misconduct will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating these standards.

7. Liability Waiver

• By receiving services at Coastal Bliss Wellness, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with spa treatments.
• Coastal Bliss Wellness is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.
• We are not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions.

8. Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. Coastal Bliss Wellness is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

9. Privacy Policy

• We respect your privacy. Personal information is used solely for booking, service customization, and communication.
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties without consent.
• By providing contact information, you agree to receive appointment reminders and service-related communications.
• You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

10. Minors Policy

• Clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present or provide written consent prior to receiving services.
• Certain treatments may not be suitable for minors and may be restricted at our discretion.
• The parent or guardian assumes full responsibility for the minor's treatment and disclosures.

11. Photography & Media Consent

• Photos or videos will only be taken with your explicit consent for quality, training, or marketing purposes.
• You have the right to decline without affecting your service.
• If consent is given, images may be used on our website, social media, or promotional materials without personal identifying information shared without additional permission.

12. Changes to Terms

Coastal Bliss Wellness reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
